WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY KITCHEN FIRES, LOST EYEBROWS OR BURNT EYELASHES. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK
INSTRUCTIONS
ALL YOU NEED TO ADD IS: A PAN (CAST IRON IS BEST), SOME BUTTER, A LIGHTER (BBQ LIGHTER IS BEST) AND A LOUD “OPA”

- HEAT PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT
- MELT SOME BUTTER (1 TEASPOON)
- PLACE KEFALOGRAVIERA CHEESE IN PAN
- COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
- ADD MORE BUTTER (1 TEASPOON)
- FLIP & COOK OTHER SIDE FOR APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MINUTES
- CHEESE SHOULD BE SOFT TO THE TOUCH & GOLDEN BROWN
**YOU WILL NOW NEED THE ASSISTANCE FROM ANOTHER HUMAN**
HUMAN #1:
1. REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT & HOLD AS FAR OUT IN FRONT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE
2. POUR BRANDY INTO PAN
HUMAN #2:
1. BE READY WITH LIGHTER (BBQ LIGHTER IS BEST) & LEMON IN HAND
2. ONCE BRANDY IS POURED IGNITE FLAME, STAND BACK & LIGHT PAN ON FIRE

Good To Know

The Plaza Works on a First Come, First serve seating policy. We do not accept reservations, except for New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day & the first three weeks in December for Staff Christmas Parties.

In the busy months of July & August Parties will be seated once all guests are present.

The Plaza is an air conditioned restaurant. And since we light a lot of things on fire, we need to keep a cool environment. If you are sensitive to this, you should consider bringing a sweater.
