SINCE EVERYONE’S BARBECUES, OVENS & MICROWAVES ARE DIFFERENT THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE JUST GUIDELINES

THE SAGANAKI KIT

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY KITCHEN FIRES, LOST EYEBROWS OR BURNT EYELASHES. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK


INSTRUCTIONS

ALL YOU NEED TO ADD IS: A PAN (CAST IRON IS BEST), SOME BUTTER, A LIGHTER (BBQ LIGHTER IS BEST) AND A LOUD “OPA”

    1. HEAT PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT
    2. MELT SOME BUTTER (1 TEASPOON)
    3. PLACE KEFALOGRAVIERA CHEESE IN PAN
    4. COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
    5. ADD MORE BUTTER (1 TEASPOON)
    6. FLIP & COOK OTHER SIDE FOR APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MINUTES
    7. CHEESE SHOULD BE SOFT TO THE TOUCH & GOLDEN BROWN

**YOU WILL NOW NEED THE ASSISTANCE FROM ANOTHER HUMAN**

HUMAN #1:
1. REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT & HOLD AS FAR OUT IN FRONT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE
2. POUR BRANDY INTO PAN

HUMAN #2:
1. BE READY WITH LIGHTER (BBQ LIGHTER IS BEST) & LEMON IN HAND
2. ONCE BRANDY IS POURED IGNITE FLAME, STAND BACK & LIGHT PAN ON FIRE

NOW ALL HUMANS IN THE KITCHEN YELL “OPA”!!
